After seeing Santa, we scoped out all the cool winter scenes around the community center. Elizabeth really loved the penguins. She stood at the gate and just laughed. I still can't think of what she could have been laughing at.
Then, Mimi showed her all the cool Christmas trees. There were so many cool themed trees. Here's a peppermint/snowflake tree.
After all the looking around, we enjoyed a tall glass of lemonade. Elizabeth really enjoy the cup more than anything.
She was a great little girl the whole time. A little clingy, but still good. We left around 9:00 and she was still crawling around Mimi's office and putting on a show even though her normal bedtime is 8:00. On the way home, she fell asleep in the car. She was so tuckered out she never woke up when I changed her diaper or put her in her pajamas. She finally got in bed around 10:00.
We had lots of fun making ornaments, meeting Santa, decorating cookies, and looking at all the cool stuff around the community center.

Poor Santa. Maybe next year he won't be so scary looking to her. It must have been all that hair!! She still looked cute and seemed to enjoy everything else.

It is my totally unbiased opinion that she was the prettiest child who sat on Santa's lap!
