One step closer to crawling...

Well, Elizabeth is starting to sit by herself for longer than 10 seconds!!! She loves taking the blocks out of her bucket and throwing them across the room. Here are a few pictures and a video so you can see what she does.

Daddy's home!

Everyday when Jeff gets home from work, the first thing he does is finds Elizabeth and gives her a hugs and kisses. She loves it. She's always looking around for him when she hears him come in the door.

Visit from cousin Noah

Nana, Lauren, and NOAH came over for a visit. Noah had fun in Elizabeth's Bumbo. He had soooo much fun his momma decided to buy one of his very own. It's orange (BOO! I think I would spray paint it maroon.)

This was right before Elizabeth tried to get Noah's attention. She didn't want him to miss anything. Obviously, she was just trying to help. She's so nice. Watch the video to see how it really went down.

Noah in the Bumbo
I don't know what Lauren was saying, but Noah liked it.

Noah was in the middle of an outfit change during the making of this video.

New Toy

OK, she's just cute.
I think she's determined to make it to the top bunk.
She's almost ready for her big girl bed!
Yeah, she's trying to help me type. She's not very helpful. Especially since she doesn't know how to spell. She's always putting in numbers instead of letters.
Look at Elizabeth's NEW TOY! Thanks Nana and Pappy!!! She loves to bang on the whole thing and make it sing.......a lot. Atleast it has a volume control. This thing takes a LOT of batteries. Look how happy she is!!

Happy 1/2 Birthday!!!

OK, so this is how Elizabeth spent her half birthday...watching tv with cousin Noah. (They're starting early.)
Giving Noah a high five!

WOW! She's 6 months old! It was hard to keep her from touching the candle.

She did this ALL on her own. It was pretty hard to keep her from reaching the cupcake.

I think she really liked the icing. I found cake everywhere.

4th of July pictures!!

I still don't have my camera, but Momma sent the pictures to me over email. YEA!! There are finally pictures from the Fourth of July!!!

There were 40 people there to celebrate the 4th of July and Paw Bear's 82 birthday at Nana and Pappy's house. The cake that Aunt Terrie made was delicious. The apple pie that Grandma made was awesome! She's going to teach me this summer. She just doesn't know it yet. We also enjoyed yummy hamburgers and hotdogs made by Pappy. Nana took care of the rest of the stuff. It was all great and more than my belly could handle. After an afternoon of partying, we went to First Baptist Huffman for their Freedom Festival that they hold each year. This year Elly could actually see the fireworks. Last year she was still in my belly. When it was time for the fireworks, she was a little fussy, but when they started, she stopped and stared at them. It was a great day.
She loves this walker thingy. Watch out! She'll mow you down and enjoy it. Road rage??? I guess it would be more like floor rage.
She really liked moving the gear shift.

She could only touch the floor with one foot or both sets of toes.

Happy 4th of July Nana!

Watch the video!

Ok, so I have the pictures of her watching the fireworks on my phone since I left my camera at Momma's house. When I figure out how to get them off of there, I'll post them at the end of this thing.

Cute in polka dots

We went to Chuy's Mexican Restaurant today with Nana, Pappy and Auntie Lulu. My tacos were YUMMY! Elizabeth wore a CUTE little polka dot dress. We went to Walmart after lunch and a nap and there were two ladies that kept trying to talk to her in the checkout line. She opened the converstation. While we were at Walmart, I found these little bows to clip on her hair. She's a cutie....

Here she is swinging in her swing.

LOOK at her BOW!!!
She can sit on the stairs all by herself. Cute dress! Thanks Nana!!

I don't know what she's laughing at. She must have told a really good joke. Look...it's a knee slapper!

I think there's a bug on the floor or something.

This is what you see before she attacks you with kisses and I mean attack. You'll need a poncho to stay dry.

Yeah......this is her normal pose.

Visit from Noah and Auntie Lulu

Lauren and baby Noah came over to visit today. This is a picture of all of them sitting on the couch.
Goofy Elizabeth. She blinked.

Ok, everyone is finally looking at the camera except NOAH. Goodness, I guess that bottle is just too interesting.

It was a really fun day. We just sat around and talked. THEN, we watched Dr. Phil.
