Almost CRAWLING
Ok, so this is about the third day in a row that she's done this. You have to watch the video. She just pulls her little body across the changing table to get to the stuff on the end. GO ELIZABETH!! She's almost crawling!!!

7 months old
Elizabeth turned 7 months old on Saturday. She finally sat in the bathtub all on her own instead of in her little bath seat. It seems like she really likes biting on the washcloth. The thing was hanging out of her mouth a few times.

OK so she had been sitting there for a while when I finally decided to ask Jeff for the camera. So, I think she was tired of sitting there and wanted to move around. Unfortunately, the bathtub is a little slippery. I guess we'll have to get one of those non-slip things for her.
She's getting really good at playing in her exersaucer. She's finally mastered everything and has moved on to entertaining herself with weird noises. Watch the video and you'll see. I used to pat my hand on her mouth while she was making noises and it sounded funny. She's figured out how to do it on her own. SMART GIRL!Wednesday, August 13, 2008
Rubber Ducky...
We have a purple, polka-dotted rubber ducky. Elizabeth loves to play with it during her bath time. She even smiles she it talks to her!

Enjoy the video!
Ok, so maybe they aren't the best of friends. She chews on the thing's beak A LOT!
Enjoy the video!

Just playing
Here are a few pictures of how we spend our day PLAYING!!!!
Elizabeth really likes hopping up and down in the exersaucer. She spins around in her little seat.
Oops! She got her teething ring caught on her foot.
Isn't her walker CUTE?! She loves beating everything and grabbing the star.

Unfortunately....she's still too short to enjoy the WHOLE walker. Her little feet just don't make it to the floor yet. Yes, I know what you're thinking.....it's adjustable. It's set on the lowest setting. She can reach the floor with one foot if she leans.

Here's a video of her playing in the walker. We forgot to get batteries. The little globe is supposed to light up. Elizabeth is so strong, she almost pulled it off of the tray.

Last trip to Lumberton for the summer
Well, today we took our last trip to Lumberton for the summer. We visited with Kristin at Momma and Daddy's house and then we met Momma, Daddy, and Staci at Cheddar's for dinner. After that, we went back to Staci's house to visit with her and check out her house. (Ok, I checked out her house. Lauren had seen it before.) Elizabeth LOVED playing with Staci's dog Cooper. I would love to have a dog like him. We left there around 8:30 and headed back to the Goldin household. Elizabeth took her bath and I tried to feed her a little bottle. She didn't want any of that. She only wanted to PLAY! Here's a video of her playing with Pappy at 9:45 at night. (She's usually asleep at 8:00.)
